Bill Martin WEBSTER CITY, Iowa (July 17) - IMCA Modifieds and IMCA J & J Steel Late Models both race for top checks of $1,000 at the Thursday Night Thunder special on July 24, during the Hamilton County Fair in Webster City.
IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and IMCA Sport Compacts are also on the program, vying for first place prizes of $300 and $175, respectively.
All applicable IMCA points will be awarded in each division and no entry fee will be charged. The Modified winner will be added to the ballot for the 2009 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational
Pit gates at the Hamilton County Speedway open at 4 p.m. on race day.
The grandstand opens at 4:30 p.m., hot laps are at 6 p.m. and racing starts at 6:30 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $12 for adults and $6 for kids, with youngsters six years and under admitted free. Pit passes are $25.
