Ben Shelton BATESVILLE, Ark. (July 15) - Billy Moyer Jr. will invade Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas this weekend for a pair of MSRA/DLRA Super Late Model Series Challenge events in his #21jr Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer/Runion Racing Engine Super Late Model.

The weekend will get underway on Friday night with a $2,000 to win/$350 to start, 30 lap event that will be co-sanctioned by the O'Reilly MSRA Super Late Models and the Allstate DLRA Super Late Models. This will mark the first ever meeting between the two tours.

Last weekend, Billy entered a pair of O'Reilly MSRA Super Late Model events in the state of Arkansas. Action blasted off on Friday night at Poinsett County Raceway in Harrisburg, Arkansas. He started 10th in the feature event and at the conclusion of the 30 lap, caution free event, he finished in the 9th position.
Jr. Motorsports was in action at Arkansas Motor Speedway in Nashville, Arkansas on Saturday night with the O'Reilly MSRA Super Late Models. Billy started 4th in his heat, and was battling for the second spot, when a car got sideways in front of him causing him to check up fall to the back. He would fight his way back to a 3rd place finish, which would result in him starting 9th in the feature event. Moyer Jr. was battling for the 7th position early in the feature when another car made contact with him, causing his left rear tire to go flat. Billy went to the back of the pack and charged back to a 6th place finish.
Via his two top ten finishes, Billy moved into the 4th position in the current O'Reilly MSRA Super Late Model point standings.
