WOODRUFF, S.C. (January 12) - The Southern All Star Racing Series is set to host their 27th Annual Night of Champions Points Banquet on Saturday night, January 23rd at the Cleveland Elks Lodge #1944 in Cleveland, Tennessee. The event will be held in conjunction with the Cleveland Speedway and North Georgia Speedway Awards Ceremonies. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM EST with a catered dinner with awards presentations immediately following.
The Series will honor Randy Weaver of Crossville, Tennessee as it's 2009 Series Champion and Todd Morrow as the 2009 Cleveland Speedway Driving School Rookie of the Year. In addition to the points awards several special awards will be presented including Crew Chief of the Year, Most Improved Driver, Pit Crew of the Year and others. Also there will be two new inductions in to the Southern All Star Racing Series Hall of Fame.
