(September 6) - Justin Wells of Aurora, MO overpowered defending champion Terry Phillips of Springfield, MO to capture the 38th Annual 4-State Championships for his first career MARS DIRTcar Series victory on Sunday night at Monett Speedway. Phillips finished second followed by Jack Sullivan. Current Series point leader Eric Turner and Brandon McCormick rounded out the top five finishers. Event Images
