MEDFORD, Ore. (September 25) - Walters picks up 6th win at Southern Oregon Speedway to clinch 2010 DAA NW Spec Motor Series drivers championship.

This was the final race of the 2010 season for the DAA NW Spec Motor Series. Walters led all 40 laps with Jason Wines a close 2nd, Jerry Schram was the last car to finish on the lead lap in 8th. 9th place Bob Trout, 10th Russ Sell, 11th Jimmy Schram, 12th Kevin Keeny, 13th Brett James and 14th Doug Trout all finished one lap down.

Jason Wines held a two point lead over Walters going into the Medford race for the 2010 season DAA series driver's championship.

Walters finished the season with 6 wins, followed by Jason Wines and Brady Sell with three wins, Russ Sell with two and singles to Jerry Schram, Billy Workman Jr, Terry Ferrando and Casey Vitale.

Greg Walters lives in Banks, Ore. and is sponsored by War Paint Graphics, Schram Brothers Excavating, T&G Trucking, Rogers Repair, and Waltersracing.com, Greg drives a Rayburn chassis powered by a Mick Gray Racing Engines, sadly Mick Gray lost his life earlier this week from cancer.
