EASTABOGA, Ala. (September 4) - Josh Adkins led all thirty-laps en route to the win in Sportsman action in the annual Clyde Haynes Memorial Race on a cool Saturday Night at Talladega Short Track.
Jimmy Elkins finished in the second spot with Red Farmer third. Logan Yates finished fourth with Doug King rounding out the top five.
Terry Smith picked up the win in Super Late Model action over Tim Busha who finished in the second spot with Stacey Holmes third. Chris Mullinax finished fourth with Ross Martin rounding out the top five.
Adam Martin won the twenty-lap Crate Late Model feature event over Adam Gauldin who finished second and Lee Burdett third.
Kevin Waddell won the twenty-lap IMCA Modified feature over Eddie Brannon who finished second and Lakeetha Skinner third.
Eric Smith won the Thundercar feature event over Michael Blakeney in second and Ken Pate in third.
Andy Davis won the Street Stock feature with Timmy Runfola winning the Hot Shot main event.
After taking a week off for a big go-kart race, TST will be back in action on Saturday September 18th featuring a full racing program and the Perry Holman Tribute Benefit. Gates will open at 4PM with racing scheduled to begin at 7:30PM.
