PITTSBURGH, Penn. (August 14) - In the Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic DIRTcar Super Late Models, the heats Ben Miley and John Flinner (who just beat out Jared Miley by.005 seconds) in one of the greatest side by side races ever run at the track. The feature was an invert 10, putting Brandon Burgoon and Jim Lepro on the front row for the makeup.

Last season's track champ, Pittsburgh PA's Justin Pons won the Imperial Heights Garage DIRTcar Sport Compact Young Gun feature. It was Pons first win of the season, and he was driving the Broniszewski #08. Point leader Daniel White was second followed by Adam Carson, Bernie Blair and Hannah Ramsey.

Just as the field was lining up for the 21st Annual Jook George Memorial Fall Classic for Fastrak Crate Late Models, sponsored by Brougher's Machine Shop. A severe storm hit the speedway cancelling the rest of the night's program. An invert 8 was drawn for the start, and that will put Jeff Broniszewski and Josh Holtgraver on the front row for the 25 lap feature. Mike Reft and defending Jook's champ Mike Pegher Jr. won the heats.

The Sunoco Race Fuels DIRTcar Cadet Sportsman had Jake Simmons and Nick Kocuba pick up the heats. An invert 10 will put Josh Langer and Dave McManus on the front row for the makeup.

Kari Gasser and Daryl Charlier won the heats for the Miley RV Service UMP Modifieds. Stush Sadowski and J.E. Stalder will bring the field down for the makeup with an invert six being pulled.

Brian Huchko won the heat for the Miley BP Car Wash DIRTcar Hobby Stocks, and will see in invert six for the makeup feature, with Ian Tomei and Ricky Steigerwald bring the field down for the green.
