JUNCTION CITY, Ky. (July 23) - The 25 lap Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Model main event would see Justin Rattliff jump to the race lead and by challenged throughout by Dustin Linville, but Linville's bid for victory would go by the wayside with a flat right-rear tire on lap 23 and Rattliff would go unchallenged in remaining laps to score his fourth win of the season at Ponderosa Speedway aboard his MGL Auto Sales/JRR Auto Sales/On Time Courier/ Grant Lee Farms/Cox Wrecker Service/Budda Bert Transmission Sales and Service/ Peterson Fluid System sponsored #16 Bloomquist Race Car, Pro Power Race Engines machines. David Webb would take second, with Jeff Watson finishing in third. Michael Chilton and Joey Daniel would complete the top five. Rattliff would also be top qualifier among 8 entries at 13.920 seconds, while Linville won the heat.
