IMPERIAL, Penn. (August 8) - John Flinner wins 4th, Jason Rider, Jake Simmons, Wayne Tessean, Gary Koteles, and Ricky Steigerwald win at Pittsburgh's PA Motor Speedway on August 8, 2009.

Zelienople, PA's John Flinner picked up his 4th win of the season in the DIRTcar Super Late Models. Jim Lepro and Ben Miley brought the field down for the green in the 25 lapper. Miley grabbed the lead at the start and led the first 5 laps before John Flinner slipped by on lap 6. Flinner who started 9th led Miley and 8th starting Steve Baker, 7th starting Brandon Burgoon and 12th starting Tommy Beck the next lap. Baker got by Miley for second on lap 7 and set out after Flinner. Flinner had opened up a bit of a lead, which Baker was able to close slightly. On lap 11, a yellow tightened things up. On the restart Baker was able to pull even with Flinner and ran side by side for a couple laps, but Flinner was able to hold him off. The two ran within a few car lengths of each other, with Beck and Burgoon swapping around third and fourth spots close behind. Another yellow on lap 15 allowed Baker another shot on the restart. Flinner was able to hold Baker at bay on the restart, while Burgoon was able to get by Beck for third. With four to go Flinner bobbled a bit in one and two, allowing Baker one more shot, but Flinner held him off. At the checker it was Flinner, Baker, Burgoon, Beck, Jim Stephans, Miley, Leo Stadelman, Kyle Lukon, Mike Norris, and Lynn Geisler. The heats saw Kyle Lukon, and Lynn Geisler pick up wins.
