Linville would spin in turn four on the attempted restart, followed by Bobby Carrier, Jr. drawing the caution for hitting the restart cone. Brad Neat would still be out front, with Jeff Watson now challenging Dustin Neat for second. Bobby Carrier, Jr. would make his way back into the top five on lap 20 after getting by Linville, but there would be no catching Brad Neat as he claimed the win in his NWN Distributing/Neat's Service Center/T&T Energy/Tarter Gate/Tarter and Roberts Insurance sponsored #41 MasterSbilt Race Car, Cornett Race Engines machine.
