Greg Johnson would take the lead at the start of the Kentucky National Guard Pro Late Model feature event, followed by Bryan Bernhardt, P.J. Feistritzer, Todd Coffman, and Gary Yeager. Zane Morgan would draw a caution on lap 2 when he spun his mount in turn four. Back underway, Johnson would still hold the top spot, while Bobby Hartrum would take fifth from Yeager. Johnson would lengthen his lead by lap 8, while Feistritzer would begin to close in on Bernhardt for second. Dylan Preston would begin to move at this point and would challenge Hartrum for fifth, taking the position on lap 14. The next caution would wave on lap 17 as Clarence Belcher spun in turn two. Johnson would continue to hold the race lead after the restart, while Feistritzer turned up the wick on Bernhardt for second. The final caution would fly on lap 22 for a three-car tangle in turn three between Tommy Carlton, Hartrum, and Yeager. The restart would see Feistritzer go the runner-up slot, while Jerry Rice moved in on Preston for fifth. Rice would take fifth on lap 24, but there would be no more challenges for Johnson as he would see the checkered flag first in the Jack Rainey owned, Bedford Transport/Indiana Cut Stone/ Lineal Contracting/White River Coop/Gerald Prince Farm sponsored #49 C.J. Rayburn Race Cars mount. Feistritzer, Bernhardt, Coffman, and Rice completed the top five. The rest of the top ten were Preston, Belcher, Carlton, Yeager, and Hartrum. Webb would take fourth from Todd on lap 3 and would take third from Chinn one trip later in turn two, while Dustin Neat would make his way past Todd for fifth on lap 5. With Linville and Lee pulling away a bit from the field, Neat would begin to reel in Chinn and grab the fourth slot on lap 7. As the field took the halfway signal, lapping of slower traffic would begin and Linville would begin to put some distance between and second place Lee, while Keltner challenged Chinn for fifth. The only caution of the race waved on lap 18 when Keltner spun his machine while battling with Chinn for the fifth spot. With action resuming, Linville would hold on to first, while Webb would bring some heat to Lee for the runner-up slot. Brandon Fouts would take off after the caution and would make his way into the top five past Chinn on lap 21, while Lee had won the battle with Webb for second. Linville would take the checkered flag first to get the win in the Bruce Barnes owned, Barnes Family Dentistry/Linville Finish Carpentry/Paul Benton Auto Body/Heritage Closing Agency/Lester Grider Trucking/Budda Transmissions/BG Oil/Cookie Monster Power Plants/Skillsaw Designs/DJ Safety sponsored #D8 C.J.
