PLYMOUTH, Wisc. (June 21) - Another great night of racing at Plymouth Dirt Track at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds.
The Late Model division followed the Grand Nationals. Kyle Odekirk, Waldo, picked up his first A-main feature win over Tim Carmen, Sheboygan Falls. "[The] tracks dry. I knew I had to stick to the bottom." Odekirk said after his win, "Tim's [Carmen] a good driver, glad he didn't catch me."
Craig Schueffner, Sheboygan Falls, held off Scott Specht, Sheboygan Falls, in the B-main.
Brad Mueller, Random Lake, picked up his first heat race win in the Late Model division with a win in the first heat. Bret Sievert, subbing for Russ Scheffler, won the second heat. Rick Scheffler, Waukesha, won the third and final heat for the Late Models.
Grand Nationals were first in the rotation for the evening.
Jestin Danes, New Holstein, started fourth in the feature and quickly fought his way to the point. He held off hard chargers Matt Yancey, Sheboygan Falls, and Loren Lubach, Sheboygan. Danes went on to win the
feature with Yancey in second and Lubach in third. Tim Warner, Malone, was fourth, and Brad Dahmer, Sheboygan, rounded out the top five.
Jeremy Sauter, Random Lake, picked up the win in the B-main over Melissa Singer, Waldo.
Heat winners for the Grand National division were: Matt Yancey, Jestin Danes, Matt Schlehlein, Fredonia, and Brian Kaat, Plymouth.
In the the Sprint car division feature, Earl Possi, Escanaba, MI, muscled his way around the track, starting 11. He chased down leaders Brian Kristan, Zion, IL, and Danny Schlafer, Sussex. Possi got around them to pick up his third feature win in a row. Kristan kept to second, but Schlafer had issues and fell back to finish 12. Wayne Modjeski, Oak Creek, finished third. Lance Fassbender, Burnett, was fourth, and Robbie Pribnow, Mayville, was fifth.
In the first of two B-mains, Leroy Ostrowski picked up the win over Mike Reinke. Terry Marten, Sheboygan Falls, beat Dave Enders, Kiel in the second B-main.
The heat winners for the Sprints were: Adam Miller, Plymouth, Jason Johnson, Allenton, Danny Schlafer, Brian Kristan, and Brian Portschy, Oostburg.
In the Outlaw Compact division, Chad Riederer picked up the win in the 15 lap feature in the DM Sales team car. Jay Riemer, Sheboygan Falls, finished second. Jason Juech, West Bend, was third, Steven Weber, Plymouth was fourth. Jake Meyer, Plymouth, rounded out the top five
for the feature.
Steven Weber and Jake Meyer were the heat race winners for the Outlaw Compacts.
All of the feature winners were awarded a trophy sponsored by
Bulletproof Motorsports.

The IRA sprint cars will be making their first of two appearances this
season at Plymouth Dirt Track next Saturday night, June 28.
Plymouth Dirt Track races ever Saturday Night at the Sheboygan County
Fairgrounds. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. Racing starts immediately
following opening ceremonies at 6:00p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults,
$5 for students aged 12-15, and accompanied children 11 and under are
free.
