CARTERSVILLE, Ga. (June 11) - The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series National Tour will compete in a Mid-South Double Racing Weekend on Friday night, June 20 at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, AL and on Saturday night June 21 at Columbus Speedway in Columbus, MS.

The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series National Tour cars and stars will return to North Alabama Speedway for the first time since 2005 for the $2,500-to-win Tri-State Shootout 40 Presented by Circle H Concrete Construction. The June 20 event at North Alabama Speedway will be Round 8 of the NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS 2008 season.

Columbus Speedway will host Round 9 of the 2008 NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS National Tour on June 21 with a 40-lap $2,500-to-win main event. The NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS National Tour will compete in Qualifying, Qualifying Races, and a Main Event at both North Alabama Speedway and Columbus Speedway.
