LEBANON, Mo. (June 11) - The rainy weather from Sunday night and Monday has forced the I-44 Speedway to push back yet another week of racing action.

"We just can't get the new dirt out of the area due to all the rain we have had and even though we are excited about getting our season back underway, I want to make sure it is done right so we will have to wait another week before getting action back on hand.

In other I-44 Speedway news-the track has added and changed a race date.

The Fireworks show scheduled for June 28th will now be July 5th along with a regular points show for USRA Modifieds, Factory Stocks, Super Stocks, B-Mods and Bombers. The track has always provided a great intermission Fireworks show and that will continue.

The Speedway will also be racing on Thursday Night July 3rd as the AllState Insurance DLRA Late Models battle the Cars and Stars of MARS along with points races for the Bombers and B-Mods.
