BRIGHT, Ind. (May 29) - Scott James and his #83 Dirt Late Model team traveled to the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky and the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on May 24-25 and scored a pair of impressive Top Five finishes!  On Saturday night, May 24 at Florence, Scott won his heat race before finishing a strong runner-up to winner Jesse Lay in the $1,500 to win A-Main.  At the "Big E" on Sunday, the driver known as the "Silver Shark" ran third in his heat race to advance to the $2,000 to win 'Johnny Appleseed Classic.'  Scott was then able to gain multiple positions during the course of the main event, as he wound up fourth in the final rundown behind winner Josh Richards, Matt Miller, and Jeep Van Wormer.  You can view complete results from Scott's Memorial Day doubleheader weekend online at www.florencespeedway.com and www.eldoraspeedway.com!

"I was happy with how the weekend went at Florence and Eldora, as we ran strong each night and got some good laps around both of those places," quoted James yesterday.  "I think we are in great shape heading into the Ralph Latham at Florence this weekend and the Dream 100 at Eldora next weekend.  New Vision Graphics has supplied us with a new look recently that we are going to debut Saturday night at Florence and everyone is really excited about that!"

The Jam-Pow Motorsports team will jump back on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series trail this upcoming weekend, as the series will host a pair of events in Ohio and Kentucky.  The Hilltop Speedway in Millersburg, Ohio will hold a $7,000 to win show on Friday night, May 30, while the annual 'Ralph Latham Memorial' will take place on Saturday evening at the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky.  A $10,000 top prize will be up for grabs on Saturday at the Cincinnati area venue.  Scott comes into the
