BRIGHT, Ind. (May 1) - After watching it rain on April 25 and 26 at the Bedford (PA) Speedway and the Hagerstown (MD) Speedway, the Jam-Pow Motorsports team hopes to beat Mother Nature, as well as the competition, this upcoming weekend in the Commonwealth of Kentucky!

The Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway in Calvert City, Kentucky will play host to the annual '99 Extravaganza' weekend on May 2 and 3.  The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will sanction both nights of racing action on Friday and Saturday at the pristine southwestern Kentucky speedplant.  Each night of dirt-slinging competition will be headlined by a $9,999 to win feature event.  Scott James currently finds himself eighth in the latest Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point standings.  You can view additional
