MRM Media GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (May 1) - Vic Hill Race Engines, LLC and Vic Hill Racing are proud to announce a new, combined web site. Fans of Vic "The Thrill" Hill and potential customers can now visit www.vichillraceenginesllc.com to find out more about Vic Hill Race Engines, LLC and keep up with The Thrill's racing program.
The Greeneville, Tennessee driver has also been one of the top engines builders in the country. Not only has Hill been building his own engines for years, but he has also been building some of the best power plants for drivers such as Scott Bloomquist, Donnie Moran, and Skip Arp. Hill has been building many types of race engines and has a full service machine shop. Hill wanted a web site to showcase his products and services.
In addition to the race engine department, www.vichillraceenginesllc.com also has a section for Vic Hill's race team. Fans can follow Vic throughout the season, look at photos, and more in the race team section of the site. Hill is already off to a good start in the 2008 "Thrill" Ride in his familiar #1 Landair Transport/Qualcomm/Pilot Travel Centers/Beamer's Floor Covering/Hightower Advertising/Miller Brothers Coal GRT Monte Carlo.
Hill tabbed Michael Moats of MRM Web Designs to come up with a new site to showcase his engine shop and his race team.
"Michael did a site for Jeff Maupin and thought he did a great job on it," Hill said. "I had a site, but ran into some problems with keeping it going and updated. I contacted Michael about getting one going for me and we've been working on it for some time. I think it looks great and we have more to add as the weeks go by."
More updates are coming soon to www.vichillraceenginesllc.com to the pricing page and other tweaks. One unique feature to the site will be a place for Vic Hill Race Engines, LLC to sell used race parts, engines, and other items.
Hill has been recognized as one of the top dirt late model drivers in East Tennessee over the last 20 years. "The Thrill" has won four track titles at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap and hundreds of feature wins at various tracks across the Southeast. Hill will once again hit some of the bigger paying events in 2008 in the area as well as weekly racing competition at Volunteer Speedway on select weekends.
