Ben Shelton VICKSBURG, Miss. (April 30) - This Saturday, May 3rd, Bub McCool will be in action at Central Mississippi Speedway in Winona, Mississippi in a $2,500 to win event that will be sanctioned by the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Models.
Last Saturday, Bub was en route to Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Mississippi for a $2,500 to win MSCCS event, when the show succumbed to a late afternoon rain. As a result, the team headed back home for the weekend.
This Saturday, May 3rd McCool will be in action behind the wheel of his #57j Trakstar/Barker Racing Engine Super Late Model at Theresa and Mickey Bloodworth's Central Mississippi Speedway in Winona, Mississippi. Bub has enjoyed considerable success at the high banked, red clay oval including two feature wins in one night at the facility in 2007. This Saturday's 50 lap event pays $2,500 to win.
