Steve Casebolt Racing RICHMOND, Ind. (April 28) - Team Casebolt Racing took the long drive to Bedford, PA and Hagerstown, MD this past weekend only to be rained out at both venues. The team did receive show up points for both events and remains in 3rd position in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series points standings.
"Although we got rained out at both tracks, we would like to thank the Lucas Oil Series for giving a valiant effort in getting the races in". "We know that when we go to one of these races that the series will do all they can in the event of bad weather," said Steve.
The team now sets their focus on two Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series events coming up at Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway on May 2nd and 3rd. The extremely modern facility will hold their annual "99" race, paying the winner $9,999 to win on each of the two nights. "Kentucky Lake is one of my favorite places to race, so we are excited about getting to go there," said Steve. KLMS is located in Calvert City, KY and is a 3/8 mile high banked track.
