QUINCY, Ill. (April 20) - Mark Burgtorf, David Wietholder, Michael Long and Chris Wibbell all took feature even wins at Quincy Raceways on Sunday, April 20 during Lowe's Night at the Races.

Burgtorf had Lady Luck on his side as he drew the Pole position for the 30 lap Budweiser IMCA Late Model main event. Denny Woodworth stayed within striking distance for most of the thirty laps but was unable to close the gap to Burgtorf to less than a couple of car lengths and had to settle for the second spot. Joey Gower advanced to third followed by Jason Frankel in fourth and Keith Pratt in fifth. Frankel, Woodworth, Andy Nezworski and Burgtorf took the four heat race wins.
Michael Long reinforced his extremely successful 20007 season by taking yet another feature event win in the Miller Lite Modifieds over thirty two other drivers. Long took the convincing win over Joe Bliven in second, David Wietholder in third, Jeff Waterman in fourth and Jared Schlipman in fifth. Long, Schlipman, Steven DeLonjay and Robbie Reed to the heat race wins with Wietholder taking the win in the B-Main event.

Chris Wibbell pulled off a very convincing feature event win over Doug Huls in the second spot. Abe Huls scored the third spot followed by Kirk Kinsley in fourth and Jake Wenig in fifth. John Oliver Jr. and Doug Huls were the heat race winners.

The two traded the lead multiple times with Powell making the final pass to take the lead and the win.
