BATESVILLE, Ark. (April 8) - Billy Moyer Jr. from Batesville, Arkansas was in action behind the wheel of his #21jr Victory Circle M1 Chassis by Moyer Super Late Model on Saturday night at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas and picked up another top ten finish.
Billy originally planned to compete in a pair of events over the weekend, but Night #1 with the AMP Super Late Model Series was rained out at Beebe Speedway in Beebe, Arkansas. Night #2 found the team at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas for the season opener for the O'Reilly MSRA Late Models. After battling carburetor problems in his heat race and falling just short of earning enough passing points to qualify for the feature, Moyer Jr. won the b-main event in dominating fashion, which earned him a 15th starting position for the feature event. Billy charged from his 15th starting spot to an 8th place finish.
This Saturday, Moyer Jr. will be in action at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, Mississippi for a $3,000 to win event that will be sanctioned by the SUPR Super Late Model Series.
