CRANBERRY TWNP, Penn. (March 7) - The Geisler Racing team and National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame Member Lynn Geisler will have his #1 Cochran Automotive / Marshall Stamping / Groff Tractor & Equipment Inc. / Tri-State Hose & Supply / Bolea Oil / Hoosier Race Tire / Rocket Chassis GTO on display this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, March 6th - 8th at the Lernerville Speedway Pittsburgh Mills Pre-Season Car Show.
Geisler spent last Saturday, March 1st at the Days Inn of Butler for the Lernerville Speedway Annual Awards Banquet were he was honored for finishing fourth in the season ending point standings. Lynn also announced that the 'Geisler Gang' has been hard at work this off-season not only putting together his own equipment but also getting everything squared away for a new driver development program for the 2007 Pure Stock Champion at Lernerville Speedway, Mike Pegher Jr. Pegher Jr. will be behind the wheel of a Lynn Geisler owned Rocket Chassis 'Crate' Late Model during the 2008 season. Mike, like Lynn, will carry the #1 Cochran Automotive logos on the side of the car as well as many of the same partners that support Geisler.
Lynn Geisler will open the season on Saturday, March 22 for the 'Test & Tune' session at Lernerville Speedway and will return to 'The Action Track' on Friday, March 28 for Opening Night 2008.
