With www.MikeWeeksRacing.net now online, fans can follow "The Milkman" through the upcoming 2008 season. Weeks commissioned Michael Moats of MRM Web Designs to design a new site.
"I really wanted a new site for this season," Weeks said. "My last site was not kept up to date and I decided not to renew it. But with some things we have planned for this season, I decided to let Michael design a new web site for me. I love the new site and I'm sure my fans will too."
Fans can monitor Weeks through the season on www.MikeWeeksRacing.net as well as view photos, check out merchandise, and more. Additional updates to the site will be added over the next couple of weeks. The launch of the new site was moved up a couple of weeks to be online in time for the Mountain Raceway Awards Banquet that takes place on January 19. Weeks will be attending the banquet where he will be recognized for his third place finish in the super late model points in 2007.
Weeks' tentative plans for the 2008 season is to follow the Advance Auto Parts Thunder Series and pursue the series championship. Weeks and his team have been preparing their Harmon Lawn Care/321 Storage/Dyer Machine & Fab/B & B Performance Race Engines/Trak-Star Chassis Monte Carlo for the new season. Weeks will kick off the 2008 season at the Bama Bash at Green Valley Speedway in Glencoe, AL on Feb. 23-24.
