Chinn Motorsports BRADFORD, Ohio (January 7) - After he's done competing at East Bay Raceway Park the first week of February of 2008, "The Sniper" Wayne Chinn now plans on attending the 37th Annual Florida Dirt Car Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park.
This will mark Chinn's second appearance at the Dirt Car Nationals. In four career starts at Volusia Speedway Park, "The Sniper's" best feature finish is a 20th place in last years UMP season opener.
Despite the fact "The Sniper" has not been on a race track in several months, he picked up several victories this past Saturday night, as the team visited the annual Eldora Speedway banquet. Chinn not only picked up seventh place in the end of year championship case, he was also voted 2007 Most Improved Driver by the officials at Eldora Speedway. To cap off a already phenomenal evening, the UMP Modified Best Appearing Car award went to Davey Gant, a customer of Chinn's newly formed 1Shot Graphics.
"The Sniper" Wayne Chinn will kick off his 2008 season at East Bay Raceway Park on February 4th for the Lucas Oil Speedweek. This will be his second consecutive season starting his year in the sunshine state. Chinn will have his new 2008 shirts on sale at this event, along with a array of new merchandise items.
