Pursley Wins Carolina Clash Shrine Race At Carolina

Gastonia, North Carolina (August 9) - Johnny Pursley of Clover, South Carolina took home the victory Tuesday night at Carolina Speedway in the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series Shrine event worth $3,000. Chris Ferguson, Dennis Franklin, Jeff Smith, and Doug Sanders rounded out the top five finishers. Brett Hamm set fast time in qualifying with a time of 15.294 seconds.
