"Clash at the Mag" Succumbs to Afternoon Thunderstorms

COLUMBUS, MS (June 17) - After several hours of heavy rain, officials of Magnolia Motor Speedway and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series have been forced to eliminate Friday night's portion of the "Clash at the Mag."

Saturday night's Country Pleasin' "Clash at the Mag" will see a complete program of: Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and a 60-lap, $12,000-to-win main event. Pit gates open at 2:00pm followed by general admission gates at 4:00pm. A Dirt Racing Outreach Service will take place from 4:30pm - 5:15pm in the main grandstand area followed by a driver autograph session from 5:30pm - 6:15pm. The drivers meeting will be at 6:30pm followed by hot laps 7:00pm.
