Moyer dominates in MARS DIRTcar Series victory at Legit Speedway Park



WEST PLAINS, MO (August 22) - Billy Moyer of Batesville, AR dominated the 40-lap MARS DIRTcar Series main event on Saturday night at the Legit Speedway Park. Tim Manville of Troy, IL finished second followed by Jesse Stovall, Wendell Wallace and Terry Phillips.
