Brandon Kinzer Eyes Upcoming Dirt Late Model Dream at Eldora SpeedwayALLEN, KY (May 28) - Brandon Kinzer and his #18 team chose to enter only one program over the hectic Memorial Day holiday weekend, as they traveled south to Boyd's Speedway in Ringgold, Georgia on Friday evening, May 22. The Old Man's Garage Spring Nationals tour presided over a $4,000 to win throwdown at the Chattanooga-area facility.
Brandon knocked down the sixth fastest lap in Group A during the qualifying session and later scored the victory in his consolation race. After starting the 40-lapper from the outside of the third row, Brandon unfortunately battled a tight racecar during the first half of the distance and eventually pulled off the racing surface. The Allen, Kentucky native was placed eighteenth in the final finishing order on Friday at Boyd's Speedway. Full results can be viewed online at

The Kinzer Motorsports team is primed to take the upcoming May 29-30 weekend off from racing action, but will be busy as they tune on their equipment for the 21st Annual 'Dirt Late Model Dream' presented by Ferris Commercial Mowers. The hallowed high banks of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio will play host to the three-day crown jewel extravaganza from June 4-6. The 'Dirt Late Model Dream,' which will be sanctioned by the UMP DIRTcar Series, is the richest Dirt Late Model race in the world with a whopping $100,000 going to the winner of Saturday night's 100-lap feature event. A total purse of $306,625 is available for the three nights of racing, which will kick off with Twin 25 main events on both Thursday and Friday.
