Ray Cook Charges to Fourth in Bill Ingram Memorial; Eyes Clash at the Mag BRASSTOWN, NC (June 12) - Ray Cook Racing traveled to the historic Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia on Saturday, June 7 for the unsanctioned 'Bill Ingram Memorial.' Ray Cook started off his evening by posting the fifteenth fastest lap during the qualifying session, which locked him into the inside of the eighth row for the start of the $3,000 to win feature event. Ray was then on the move early and often throughout the A-Main, as he blasted all the way up to fourth to finish behind only race winner Donald McIntosh, Jake Knowles, and Johnny Chastain. Ray will jump back behind the wheel of Tommy Pope's #53 MasterSbilt entry this weekend (June 13-14) at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi. The annual running of the 'Clash at the Mag' will once again be sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and will carry a $20,000 top prize. Qualifying and heat races are scheduled for Friday night at "The Mag," while consolation events and the 100-lap feature are slated for Saturday evening. The 'Clash at the Mag' will be taped by the Lucas Oil Production Studios for broadcast on NBC Sports and MAVTV American Real Networks in 2014.
