Rod Conley Runner-Up at 201 Speedway; Conley’s Gear Up for Busy Weekend

WHEELERSBURG, OHIO (April 17) - Rod Conley, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, returned to Dirt Late Model competition on Saturday evening, April 13 at the 201 Speedway in Sitka, Kentucky.  The weekly show drew a strong field of drivers, all of whom were aiming for the $1,500 top prize.  Rod laid down the fastest lap during the qualifying session and later won his heat race to earn the pole position for the 25-lap feature event.  "Hot Rod" then paced the field for the first four circuits before finishing a strong runner-up behind only victor Josh McGuire.  Complete results from 201 can be accessed online at www.201speedway.net.
