Coleby Frye Releases Ambitious 2012 Schedule with New Team

Dover, PA (March 15, 2012) 'Superfly' Coleby Frye of Dover, PA has reunited with a familiar team for the upcoming 2012 season, as he will be behind the wheel of the Krenn Family owned #32 Rocket Chassis with sponsorship from Krenn Brokerage, Horstcraft Millworks, Kriner's Racing Engines, and Fryeco Inc.

Coleby will kick off his 2012 season in his new ride on Saturday, March 24 at Hagerstown Speedway. 'We wanted to have a diverse schedule', Frye said about his 2012 plans. 'We'll race mostly local to start the season but as the season goes on, we definitely plan on branching out to some different areas and tracks. We'll do travelling in both cars (Krenn #32 and family owned #F1) throughout the season, the further away from home we go, it'll be more likely to see us in our own stuff.'

Racing more is something that Coleby wants to do and climbing into the Krenn #32 will certainly accomplish that. 'This team likes to race,' Frye said of the Krenn Racing Team, 'I think we seen that while Dylan (Yoder) was driving for them, we have experience with the team (Coleby drove 11 races for them in 2008 with one win and four top-five finishes) and have always kept a solid relationship. This was an opportunity for me to race pretty much every weekend and still be able to race my own stuff at some of the bigger shows.'

'Getting more experience in bigger shows like the 'Dream' at Eldora Speedway, or the 'Firecracker' at Lernerville Speedway, events like that, is what we want to do,' Coleby said. 'We'll run those types of shows in the #F1 but we'll still be in the #32 when the Lucas tour (Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series) or the Outlaws (World of Outlaws Late Model Series) come to us. We'll also run the #U10 Limited Late (Owned by John Uhler and Gary Drake) at Bedford Speedway and Williams Grove Speedway on occasion.'

As stated above, Coleby will open his season, in the Krenn #32 at Hagerstown Speedway on Saturday, March 24 at Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, MD. Frye will compete at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, PA on Friday, March 30 and Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, PA. Coleby will then be in action at Selinsgrove Speedway on Saturday, April 7 before heading to Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, VA for the $25,000 to win 'Commonwealth 100' sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on April 13 and 14 in his family owned #F1.
