Booper Bare & Loco-Motives Team attends Motorsports 2012 in Philadelphia. Launch updated Website in Preparation for 2012

The 2012 season officially kicked off for Booper Bare and the Loco-Motives Team as they loaded up the new flat black #37 and headed north to snowy Philadelphia, PA to take part in this year’s edition of “Motorsports 2012” at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. The Jim Stasiowski owned Loco-Motives / RoushYates / Mastersbilt by Huey #37 was on display in the Appalachian Mountain Speedweek booth for the 3 day show. Booper was also on hand all weekend signing autographs and greeting fans young & old.

“It was a fun weekend” said the Virginia veteran. “We got to meet a lot of new fans and also see some people that I have not seen in quite some time. Shows like this are great for both the fans and racers. It was nice to get to spend time with a lot of the product companies that help out now and have helped out my career for many years. We also got to build on some new relationships with companies like DMI, ButlerBuilt & Design 500 that I am looking forward to representing their products for many years to come” added Bare.

The team is now back at their Rockbridge Baths, Virginia race shop preparing the equipment for the up and coming season. “Racing will be here before you know it” said Booper. “We are in the process of finalizing our 2012 schedule. Tentative plans are to start somewhere around early March and race pretty much within 5 or 6 hours of our shop here in Virginia. We’ll run some regional, Outlaw & Lucas Oil races along with the better paying local shows. We are excited to run all of the Appalachian Mountain Speedweek races and visit some speedways that I have not seen for a long time and some I have never been to” added Booper.

A 2012 facelift was just completed on http://www.booperbare.com by WRT’s Jason Walls in preparation for the new season. This is Booper’s official home on the web. Please keep checking back as this site is updated all the time throughout the season. Don’t forget to sign the guest book and say hello.
