Klint Byars Rolls to Another 2011 Feature Triumph

Carrollton, Mississippi (05/09/11) –Klint Byars notched win number three for the 2011 season on Saturday night in his #5 Southern Belle/K&K Motorsports/Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi).

After a week away from the track to freshen their equipment, K&K Motorsports returned reloaded on Saturday night as they entered a Weekly Racing Series Event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). With 17 Super Late Models entered into the event, Klint blazed to the fastest time around the 1/3 mile bullring to earn the pole position for the 20 lap feature. He would snag the lead at the drop of the green flag and would never look back as he led the full distance to claim the win, which was his third of the season and came over Chase Washington and Charlie Henderson! This Saturday, May 14th Byars will take the Mississippi State Champion Challenge Series (MSCCS) point's lead and rookie of the year point's lead into battle at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) for round #6 of the 2011 tour's schedule, which will be highlighted by a $2,500 to win/$300 to start event.
