Rain halts Tyler County again; All classes next week

(Middlebourne, W.V. 4-24-11) Mother Nature once again stopped racing at ‘the Bullring’ Saturday. The FASTRAK co sanctioned Northeast Touring Series / Mid Ohio Valley Region Topless 25 was postponed and a make up date is to be decided.

This week is Tax relief night at the ultra fast ¼ mile. With the purchase of a general admission ticket you will receive a free hot dog and free drink. Dusty’s Kids Club will have bike races. Please help Dusty’s Kids Club, drivers and fans please feel free to support the kids.. If your in the Holiday spirit for giving, please donate a bike to a kid that would appreciate it. Please see Carol Haley for all donations at the Kids 4 racing booth. Take a minute to stop by and thank her for the time she donates to the kids.

There will be racing in all classes plus the makeup fogged out features for the Sigler Fabrication Hot Mods and the Herrington – Yoak Ford / Pre Owned Auto Mod Lites from April 9.

Coming in two weeks is the 5th annual Tammy Clegg Memorial Powder Puff race for Hot Mods. The previous winners are Jen Mason in 2007. Shelly Britton in 2008 and 2009. Tanya Clovine took the checkers in last years event.
