Scott James Gears Up for Florence Speedway this Saturday Night

(BRIGHT, INDIANA)  After much of the Midwest was infiltrated with rain last weekend, which caused the cancellation of the $2,000 to win ALMS show at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, Scott James will look to beat the competition and Mother Nature this Saturday night, April 23.  The Riggs Motorsports team is scheduled to invade the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday for a $2,000 to win program.  The 30-lap event at the 1/2-mile, high-banked venue this weekend will be unsanctioned.

Scott has run very well at Florence so far in 2011 aboard the Riggs Motorsports #81 Rocket / Jay Dickens Malibu.  He finished second to Eddie Carrier, Jr. in the $5,000 to win ‘Spring 50’ back on March 19, while he ran fourth in a $3,000 to win show on April 2.  The driver known as “The Silver Shark” will look to put his car into victory lane for the first time in 2011 this Saturday at the Cincinnati area speedplant.  Additional information concerning the Florence Speedway can be found by clicking on www.florencespeedway.com.
