Green Valley Speedway Revs Up for the 14th Annual Bama Bash

Green Valley Speedway officials are gearing up for the 14th Annual Bama Bash scheduled for February 24th-27th, 2011 at the 3/8th mile speed-plant located in Glencoe, Alabama. This year’s Bama Bash will once again be highlighted by the Southern Regional Racing Series Super Late Models running a 75 lap, $10,000 to win feature. Also in action will be the Sportsman(LLM), Crate Late Models, Outlaw Thunder, Open Wheel Modifieds, Street Stock, Pure Pony, and KMSA Mod Mini Stocks.

Although the event is scheduled for four(4) consecutive days a driver only has to attend two days to participate in the races for each division. Pre-Entries are also being accepted for all divisions. Prices listed on the website show a discount for those that pre-enter before February 15th. Money is NOT due when pre-entry forms are sent in. Forms may be sent and then paid upon arrival at the track. However, drivers not mailing in pre-entry forms before the February 15th deadline or arriving the day of the race will have to add $25 to their entry fees. So make sure entry forms are mailed or faxed before the deadline.

Fans and drivers are encouraged to bring campers for the weekend as camping will be permitted(no hook-ups).

For more information regarding scheduling, general information, or prices be sure to check out the Green Valley Speedway website at www.GreenValleySpeedway.com or give us a call at (256)490-8344.

This is one stellar event, last years duel between Wall and Cook was a ripper.
