ELDORA SPEEDWAY TO HONOR CHAMPIONS JANUARY 22

ROSSBURG, OH (Dec. 6) – Eldora Speedway has set aside Saturday evening, January 22, 2011 for their annual salute to champions. On that night, Matt Miller (Late Model), Jon Henry (Modified) and Mike Dirksen (Stock Car) will be crowned as the 2010 Eldora Speedway champions in the Eldora Ballroom.

And, as has become tradition, the Sunoco sponsored American Late Model Series (ALMS) will crown their champion, Brian Ruhlman, in conjunction with the Eldora festivities.

The festive evening will include trophy and point fund distribution to the top 15 point finalists in each of the Eldora divisions, as well as revealing the recipients of numerous specialty awards. Included in that list will be the Rookie of the Year, Most Improved Driver, Hard Luck Award and Best Appearing Car Award. Eldora’s most coveted award, Sportsman of the Year, will conclude the specialty hardware.
