Tony Knowles Earns $3,000 Win at Dixie; Ready For Magnolia State 100

Tyrone, Georgia (09/22/10) – Another race and another win as Tony Knowles continued his domination at Dixie Speedway on Saturday night in his #26 RSD Enterprises/SAE Parts/Rocket/Custom Racing Engine Super Late Model by winning the $3,000 to win, Fall Championship.

Tony Knowles continued his stranglehold of Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) on Saturday night as he rocketed to the $3,000 win in the Fall Championships. After qualifying on the front row, Tony took command of the lead at the drop of the green flag and would power his #26 RSD Enterprises/SAE Parts/Rocket Chassis to the win, which his sixth of 2010! This weekend, September 23rd-25th, TKR Motorsports will invade Columbus Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi for the 21st Annual Premier Ford Magnolia State 100. Columbus Speedway has a special meaning for Tony Knowles as not only did he get his first Super Late Model win there in 2007, but he also followed up in 2008 by recording his best finish in a major Super Late Model event by finishing second to Chris Wall in the Magnolia State 100. This weekend, Tony will look to improve on his best Columbus Speedway performance by one spot in the $25,010 to win/$1,000 to start event. An Open Practice Session will be held on Thursday, while Friday will see time trials and heat race action. On Saturday b-mains, a last chance race, and the 100 lap finale will be held.
