COMP Cams MSRA Announces Richest Purse Ever for Riverside Finale

Beebe, Arkansas (09/01/10) – With the 4th Annual Bartlett Hardwood Floor Service Midsouth Dirt Track Championship rapidly approaching at Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Arkansas), the COMP Cams MSRA Super Late Model Series is proud to announce that the event will boast the richest one day payout in the tour’s history. In addition, it has been announced that the COMP Cams MSRA competitors will be racing topless, less their roofs, for the big event on Saturday, September 18th.

The 4th Annual Bartlett Hardwood Floor Service Midsouth Dirt Track Championship will now feature a $3,500 to win/$400 to start main event on Saturday, September 18th. Not only does the $3,500 payout make the race the largest single day winner’s share ever offered by the tour for a single day event, but additional money has been sprinkled throughout the top seven spots.

Several companies and individuals including Bartlett Hardwood Floor Service, COMP Cams, MSR Mafia, Chris Ellis, and Cary Jones have added the additional money to the purse to make this event the biggest ever. The complete payout is as follows:
1)$3,500 2)$2,000 3)$1,200 4)$1,100 5)$1,000 6)$750 7)$600 8)$475 9)$450 10)$425 11-20)$400

With the biggest purse in the history of the tour on the line, the roofs have been blown off the COMP Cams MSRA Super Late Models as they will be racing topless in the 40 lap event, which will allow fans to see inside the cockpits as the gladiators wage war around the ¼ mile oval. This will be the first time that the facility has hosted a topless, sanctioned Super Late Model event.

The event will part of the COMP Cams Memphis Nationals, which will not only see the COMP Cams MSRA Super Late Models battling for a large purse, but also the Street Stock division, who will be going for a $1,500 to win/$100 to start purse. Also in action will be the Open Wheel Modified division. For more information, please visit www.RiversideInternationalSpeedway.com and www.MSRADirt.com .

The next event on the docket for the COMP Cams MSRA will be the 20th Annual Kuntz & Co. Racing Engines Fall Nationals Presented By Colton’s Steakhouse at New West Plains Speedway in West Plains, Missouri on Saturday, September 11th.
