MARS goes Topless at Tri-City and Lake Ozark

Next weekend the stars and cars of the MARS DIRTcar Series head to Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, IL and Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, MO for a pair of events with the UMP DIRTcar Series. It was Jason Feger of Bloomington, IL finding victory lane in both races last year and he will be ready to repeat this year. Both nights will be 'topless' as driver's will remove the roofs from their cars giving fans a unique view of these super late models.

Friday August 6th at Tri-City Speedway will be $3,000 to win. Support Classes will be; Street Stocks, UMP Modifieds, UMP Pro Crate Late Models and Factory Stocks. General Admission is $18, kids 12 and under are free. Gates open at 4:30pm with racing at 7pm. Additional information can be found at www.tricityspeedway.net.

Saturday August 7th at Lake Ozark Speedway will be $3,000 to win. Support Classes will be; UMP Modifieds, UMP Pro Crate Late Models, B-Modifieds and 4 cylinders.
