Klint Byars Finishes Second At Jackson Motor Speedway

Carrollton, Mississippi (07/21/10) –After more than his fair share of bad luck, Klint Byars finally got his season back on track on Saturday night in his #5 Southern Belle/K&K Motorsports/GRT/Roush Yates Racing Engine Super Late Model with a top five finish at Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Mississippi.

After seeing the MSCCS Super Late Model event scheduled for Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) rained out, the team traveled to Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Mississippi for a Weekly Racing Series Event. Klint would register a solid effort in qualifying to earn the second starting spot for the feature. He would run in second for the entire event, and would finish just behind winner, Jason Cliburn.
