PRO Dirt Car Series Four Crown Nationals Offers $9,000 Possible To Win This WeekendColumbus, Mississippi (06/28/10) – The PRO Dirt Car and NeSmith Super Dirt Car Super Late Model Series will co-sanction four events this weekend, July 1st-4th, in the state of Mississippi.
The Four Crown Nationals will consist of four, 40 lap events paying $2,000 to win/$200 to start that will not only award points toward the PRO Dirt Car Championship and the NeSmith Super Dirt Car Super Late Model Championship, but will also present a point’s fund for the four race series. The points champion for the Four Crown Nationals will receive $1,000. The top five spots in the point standings will receive money. Drivers must run all four events to be eligible for the Four Crown Nationals point’s fund, but only their best three finishes will count.
A strong contingent of drivers are expected to compete in most if not all of the events including current PRO point’s leader, David Breazeale, plus Anthony Burroughs, Rick Rickman, Brian Rickman, Jeremy Glasgow, Bradley Price, Mark Dodson, Dean Carpenter, Jason Milam, Chase Washington, Klint Byars, Kyle Beard, Ray Mauldin, Leon Henderson, Jay Burchfield, Clay Fisher, and many more.
The Four Crown Nationals will get underway on Thursday, July 1st at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, Mississippi. The event will mark the debut of the PRO tour at the ¼ mile, Greenville Speedway. In addition to local divisions, Crate Late Models will be battling for $1,000 to win on the program. For more information on the facility, please visit

On Friday, July 2nd, the tour will invade Central Mississippi Speedway in Winona, Mississippi for another $2,000 to win event. The PRO tour was in action at the facility in early June, and it was David Breazeale from Four Corners, Mississippi, who drove to a dominating win in the event. For more information, please visit

Saturday, July 3rd will find the tour making its second appearance of the year at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, Mississippi for another $2,000 to win event. Rick Rickman won a thriller at the 1/3 mile oval over the Memorial Day weekend. All local divisions except for Crate Late Models will be a part of the program. For more information, please visit
