Hott Motorsports Wraps Up Busy Week;*SUPR At I-30 Speedway Up Next

Russellville, Arkansas (06/16/10) – After an insanely busy five day stretch last week Dewaine Hottinger and Hott Motorsports are busily preparing their #65 Doug’s Electrical Service/Rocket/Hatfield Racing Engine Super Late Model for an O’Reilly SUPR Super Late Model double header at I-30 Speedway this weekend.

It was a busy week for Hott Motorsports as things got underway on Wednesday as they entered their car into the Prelude To The Dream at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio.*Nascar star, Justin Allgaier, piloted the familiar Hott Motorsports #65 in the charity event that pitted many of Nascar's top drivers against each other in Dirt Super Late Models.*Justin was running a strong 8th position in the feature, when mechanical woes brought his night to an abrupt, disappointing end.

On Friday night, the team made the trek back to Malden Speedway in Malden, Missouri for an MSRA Super Late Model event.*The night got off to a great start for Dewaine, who won his heat race, and via passing points earned the pole for the feature event. He would lead the first 28 laps of the feature before Dane Dacus made an aggressive move to take over the lead.*Hottinger would recover from the contact and went to record a second place finish, which was his best of the year so far.

Saturday night found the team in action at Northeast Arkansas Speedway in Harrisburg, Arkansas.*It would be a rough night as they battled the shock and car setup for much of the event.*After starting 13th in the feature, Dewaine would battle an ill handling car to a 13th place finish in the final rundown.

Full results from both COMP Cams MSRA events can be found by going to www.MSRADirt.com .

This weekend, June 18th-19th the team will make the short trip to Tracey Clay’s I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas for a pair of O’Reilly SUPR Super Late Model sanctioned events.*On Friday night a $1,250 to win, 25 lap event will be held, and on Saturday night a $2,500 to win, 50 lap race will be on tap.*For more information on the event, please visit www.I-30Speedway.com and www.SUPRRacing.com .

Hott Racing would like to thank its sponsors including Kirby Specialties Corporation, Doug’s Electrical Service, Bill Frye Motorsports, MSRMafia.com, O.H. Hendricks Sheet Metal, and Rocket Chassis.

Hott Motorsports is always looking for new sponsors and marketing partners.*Please contact the team via the website for more information.
