Bub McCool Set To Tackle Dream 100 at Eldora Speedway

Vicksburg, MS (06/10/10) – Bub McCool and McCool Motorsports are set to take a shot at claiming the 16th Annual Dream 100 title this weekend at Eldora Speedway in the team’s #57J McCool Logging/Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer/Roush Yates Racing Engine Super Late Model.

Last weekend Bub debuted his brand new #57J Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer in a pair of Northern All Star Super Late Model events. The weekend opened on Friday, June 4th at Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky with a $5,000 to win event that drew 38 entries. He raced his way into the 11th starting spot in the main event, and would ultimately record a 12th place finish in his debut in the new car.

On Saturday, June 5th Bub made his first trip to I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri in several years for another $5,000 to win Northern All Stars event. After winning his heat race, he started outside front row for the feature. He would battle in the top five for much of the event before recording a solid 6th place finish at the checkered flag!

This weekend, June 11th-12th Bub will invade the ½ mile, high banks of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio in pursuit of the $100,000 top prize in the 16th Annual Dream 100.*After a hiatus from the facility McCool made a return to Eldora Speedway in 2009 for the World 100 and fell just one spot short of transferring to the main event.*He will be looking for redemption this weekend.*Time trials and heat race action will be held on Friday with b-mains and the 100 lap feature on Saturday.*For more information, please visit www.EldoraSpeedway.com .

Bub and everyone at McCool Motorsports would like to thank all of their sponsors, which include McCool Logging, Roush Yates Racing Engines, Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer, Trak-Star Race Cars, Phase 2 Sign Supply, Good Hope Lumber, Boland Performance, New Vision Graphics, Graphics, & MSRMafia.com.
