Justin Allgaier To Drive Hott Motorsports Entry In Prelude To The Dream

Russellville, Arkansas (06/05/10) – Dewaine Hottinger and Hott Motorsports will have a hired gun and a special driver behind the wheel of their Doug’s Electrical Service/Rocket/Hatfield Racing Engine Super Late Model in the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Prelude to the Dream on Wednesday, June 9th at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio.

Justin Allgaier, who was the 2009 Raybestos Rookie of the Year in the Nascar Nationwide Series will be piloting the Hott Motorsports entry in the fundraising event. The familiar #65 graphics package on the entry will be shelved in favor of a #12 Verizon Wireless scheme that closely resembles the car that Allgaier currently drives in the Nationwide Nascar Series.

In regards to having Allgaier pilot the entry that he typically pilots, Dewaine Hottinger comments, “This is really a cool deal to have Justin in our car. Everything has really come together fast in the past few days, and our entire team is pumped to have him behind the wheel of our car!”

Allgaier, who will be 24 years old on Sunday, made a name for himself as a young driver burning up dirt ovals throughout the Midwest in everything from Midgets to Super Late Models, so he will be in familiar territory when he jumps behind the wheel of the Hott Motorsports entry.

The Gillette Fusion ProGlide Prelude to the Dream will be presented live to the entire nation on HBO Pay-Per-View® with net proceeds from the telecast supporting four of the nation’s top children’s hospitals:
• Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis: www.RileyChildrensHospital.com
• Cincinnati Children’s: www.CincinnatiChildrens.org
• Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, N.C.: www.LevineChildrensHospital.org
• St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.: www.StJude.org

The live, commercial-free broadcast will begin at 7 p.m. EDT (4 p.m. PDT) with an immediate replay. HBO Pay-Per-View’s racing telecast has a suggested retail price of $24.95 and is available to more than 71 million pay-per-view homes. Ordering information and up-to-the minute racing information is available at either www.PreludeToTheDream.org or www.HBO.com.

Hott Racing would like to thank its sponsors including Kirby Specialties Corporation, Doug’s Electrical Service, Bill Frye Motorsports, MSRMafia.com, O.H. Hendricks Sheet Metal, and Rocket Chassis.
