Mike Marlar gears up for LOLMDS Show Me 100 at Lucas Oil Speedway

WINFIELD, TN (May 27, 2010) – Mike Marlar will continue his tour with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) this weekend with the 18th Annual DART Show Me 100 presented by Lucas Oil at the famed, state of the art, Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO.

Marlar has started in 12 LOLMDS events on the road to Wheatland with one victory during the Winternationals at East Bay Raceway Park back on February 1st. Marlar's best finish after East Bay would be a ninth place finish at Brownstown Speedway on March 27th.

This weekend will mark Marlar's first visit to Lucas Oil Speedway. A traditional practice session will be held tonight with test and tune from 7:00 p.m. thru 9:30 p.m. A BBQ dinner for drivers and crews will follow.

Friday Night will feature Time Trials and Heat Races for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. The top three finishers in each heat will move on to Saturday's Main Event. The remainder will go to B-Main's also set for Saturday Night. Saturday Night in addition to B-Main will be the 100-lap DART Show Me 100 finale.
