Merchant Brings Home Second Place Finish, Preps For SUPR Triple Header

(West Monroe, Louisiana) Reigning O'Reilly SUPR Late Model Series Champion Kenny Merchant enjoyed a second place finish in his ASA Asphalt Late Model at Monroe Motor Speedway this past Saturday night. The team is now preparing to race their Red, Black, White and Yellow #C28 Trak-Star chassis super late model powered by Wall2Wall Performance Engines for this weekend's O'Reilly SUPR Late Model Series triple header at Sterlington, Louisiana's USA Raceway on Friday night, Minden, Louisiana's Champion Park Speedway on Saturday night, and Kilgore, Texas' Lonestar Speedway on Sunday.

Friday nights event at USA Raceway will pay 2000 to win, Saturday nights event at Champion Park will pay $2500 to win. There will be driver autograph sessions which start at 5:00 PM. Kenny will have baseball cards for autographs, a t-shirt clearance sale. (2 for $25), some jackets, and some car doors, fenders, roofs, etc., for the session. Sunday's event at Lonestar Speedway will pay $2500 to win.
