CHATSWORTH, GA (May 18, 2010) – Current National All Star Racing Association Points leader and defending Point Champion will return to Lake Cumberland Speedway Saturday, May 22 for the NASRA event rescheduled from May 15 after rain forced cancellation.
The May 22 event that was previously scheduled for May 15 will see a full program for the NASRA Super Late Models featuring practice, time trials, qualifying heats, b-main’s and the 40-lap, $3,000 to win a-main.
This will be the first visit to Lake Cumberland Speedway in 2010 for the Ridley Racing team. Ridley last raced at Ponderosa Speedway on May 14 where he picked up a fourth place finish in an unsanctioned event there. The National All Star Racing Association last raced on April 30 where Ridley would earn a sixth place finish in the $3,000 to win even at Ponderosa Speedway.
Aaron Ridley currently leads the National All Star Racing Association Championship Point Standings by 95 points over Winfield, TN native Skylar Marlar. Arnie Fields holds a steady third with Bobby Wolter Jr. in fourth while David Webb rounds out the top five in current points.
