Scott James Looks to Shake Down New Car this Weekend at Granite City and Pevely!(BRIGHT, INDIANA) The "Silver Shark" Scott James was back in Dirt Late Model competition for the first time in several weeks last Saturday night, May 8 at the Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, Kentucky. The World of Outlaws Late Model Series rolled into Bardstown on Saturday to sanction their first-ever event at the central Kentucky speedplant. Scott, who once again piloted the #s44 for the Scotty Earl Racing team, unfortunately suffered motor troubles during qualifying and was forced to scratch for the rest of the night. Scott will be back behind the wheel of his new #83 ride this weekend in the states of Illinois and Missouri. The new Rocket chassis, which is being housed in the St. Louis area, will hit the track for its second weekend of competition. On Friday night, May 14, the Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois will be the track of choice, while the dirt-slinging action will quickly turn to the I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri on Saturday evening, May 15.
