Chavez Jr. Heads To El Paso And Las Cruces To Battle The 4 Corners Late Model Series

(May 4th, 2010-Tucson, Arizona) As the SWDRA tour takes a couple week break, James Chavez Jr. heads east to battle the 4 Corners Late Model Series as they invade El Paso Speedway Park this Friday the 7th and then to Las Cruses's Southern New Mexico Speedway on Saturday night. This will be the Series first trip to these tracks this year in their Tour of New Mexico.

"I'm excited to go run with these guys on their own turf instead of the other way around. We will be ready for them I can say that much." says Chavez Jr. James wont be alone in his trip, He will also be accompanied by fellow Tucson driver Jimmy Jelvik in hopes of taking the money back to Arizona aswell. Coming of an 8th place finish last race with the SWDRA at Canyon Speedway Park, Chavez Jr. is ready to be back in the winners circle.
